The V2oIP Quality Alliance mission is to advance the adoption of voice and video over IP and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by defining and disseminating industry best practices related to V2oIP quality, reliability and performance.
Our Alliance will help define requirements for network readiness, pre-deployment testing, in-service monitoring and troubleshooting, SLA definition and monitoring, and technologies for mitigating problems and enhancing voice quality.
